Sometimes it's difficult to know how far in advance you should complete important tasks such as finalizing your guest list, reserving your reception venue or ordering your wedding cake. The Suggested Task tool makes sure you know when things should happen and in what order.

In the Task Calendar you will find below the calendar a list of Suggested Tasks to complete for that month. All you have to do is simply click on the task and select what day that month you want to set a deadline for completing that task. You can even add a location, time and notes as well as mark it as "urgent" and request an e-mail reminder. And this list can be printed if you want a hard copy of these tasks.
